There is no website with this program - you manage everything from a control panel once you are logged in to the Members Area. As a free member, the Profile will allow you to store up to 5 advertisement profiles. These can then be selected and posted with a few clicks, modified at any time - and even sent to different targets. As a paid member, you get to save more profiles and also to have them automatically submitted for you, at the frequencies you select.
One value feature that I like is the need to confirm ad placing from a confirmation link that is emailed to you. This definitely cuts out a lot of indiscriminate posters and is reflected in the level and quality of response traffic.
The NOANFFA sitelist is one of the largest, and again response traffic makes posting worthwhile, particularly if your message is pitched with a little more flair than the "this is going to take off" genre of ads. With both NOAN and WorldSubmitter I use a response email address that I quickly scan for gems and delete the balance. I have noticed that my junk level response email levels are much lower (perhaps they filter for you?) than many other submission services.
